What are your fees?

At our Virtual clinic, the initial fee is $200 CAD. Naturopathic visits are exempt from HST. Visit fees go down with subsequent visits. For a full breakdown of fees at the Virtual and 42Wellness clinic, visit our booking site HERE.

What is your cancellation policy?

50% of the visit fee within a 24-hour period due to non-emergency reasons.

Do you offer direct billing?

Direct billing is only offered when booking through 42Wellness but is not available at the virtual clinic. It may be offered in the future.

What form of payment do you accept?

A credit card is required for booking. Payment is taken after the visit using your credit card. If you prefer to pay via e-transfer, payment should be sent to hello@drkriya.ca before the visit. A receipt will be sent as soon as payment is received.

Do you offer a sliding scale?

A sliding scale is offered to patients in financial need. Please inquire at hello@drkriya.ca.

Across which locations do you see patients?

I provide virtual care to patients in Nova Scotia and Ontario. Patients must be in one of those two provinces at the time of our visit.

Do I need special software for a video appointment?

We use Jane app for all video calls. All you need is a browser that has access to your camera and microphone on your laptop or cellphone. If you have trouble logging into your video call, we can always do a phone call.

Do you treat children?

I provide care for most children’s health concerns. If you have questions, feel free to schedule a discovery call.

Do you have prescriptive authority?

I am only able to prescribe in Ontario - high dose B12 and vitamin D3 injections, bioidentical hormones (topical estradiol & progesterone) and desiccated thyroid. Prescriptions require a detailed intake and updated lab work.
