    Standard Lab Testing

Core bloodwork helps identify nutrient deficiencies, metabolic patterns and hormonal imbalances that may be contributing to your symptoms. These results guide targeted, data-driven treatment decisions.

    Specialized Testing

Sometimes, standard blood work or your clinical history aren't enough. In those cases, specialized testing may be required, such as: hormone and thyroid panels (including full thyroid antibodies), comprehensive stool analysis (including H. pylori and digestive markers), SIBO breath testing, mold/mycotoxin and organic acids testing. Testing is chosen carefully given the extensive costs. Results are reviewed with you in detail at the follow-up visit.

    Botanical Medicine

Botanical medicine (e.g. ashwagandha) is used to address symptoms while targeting underlying physiology. Botanicals are selected based on your biochemistry, medications and health history. Dosing and duration are intentional. We review research, side effects and interactions at every visit.

    Nutriceuticals

Supplements support specific pathways when diet alone is not enough. I prescribe nutriceuticals (e.g. magnesium) based on evidence, lab data and clinical response. I will recommend certain brands based on quality and also considering the best price point.

  • Acupuncture

Only available at in-person clinics. Acupuncture is a traditional healing practice that involves the insertion of fine needles into specific points on the body to support the flow of energy, reduce pain and promote the body's natural ability to heal. Electroacupuncture builds on this foundation by passing a gentle, low-level electrical current between pairs of needles. This amplifies the therapeutic effect and is useful for pain management, nervous system regulation and conditions involving chronic inflammation or muscle tension.
